For the SC category the qualifying marks in NEET 2019 are 133-107. Here you have no chances of getting the govt. college nither in medical nor in the dental. The maximum rank for SC category for medical govt. college is 54856 through All India Quota with marks 432 and in Dental college the maximum rank is 76854 with 401 marks. So unfortunately you will not be able to get any govt. seat and you have to go for the private institute only. Om, sorry to say but 254 marks are really very less in oder to get either a private or a medical college in Maharashtra...
