Your marks are decent for general category. Now coming to your query, then it is quite difficult for a general category student to get any seat in government college through all India counselling in this marks range. Your marks should be at least more than 550-630 to get any seat in all over India. So you should try your luck through state quota counselling in your own state. Best of luck for your future. Sorry to tell you but you will not get a seat in government medical college any state with your marks considering this year's high cut off.
I suggest you to prepare again for neet and clear it next year with flying colours and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor.
