So , there are less chances in Delhi Government medical colleges.

I'm sorry but without your category status it is quite difficult to predict your exact eligibility into any college in Delhi. Although if you're from the general category, a rank of 16,000+ will probably not be enough to get a government MBBS seat in Delhi through 85% State Quota because the general cut-offs of the colleges go 560+ every year and this year specially there is a rise in the cut-offs.
