Hey.
As you have not mentioned the name of the exam, I assume it to be JEE Main 2018. The JEE Main application form asks the candidates to mention the mode of examinations they want to appear in. There itself you are supposed to make a choice and whether you want to appear in online or offline mode. You must have mentioned to appear in offline mode and therefore the admit card of offline mode was provided to you.
