For the rank you aggregated you are not eligible of getting seat in any of the colleges. As you have a very low rank soo you can't expect your seat in the top Colleges and not even in any single college. As you doesn't match with their eligibility criteria. Soo you can get into engineering colleges through management quota but not through counselling quota. If you belong to any category also you don't have chance of getting free seat through counselling.
