So with regard to your query, YES you will be completely eligible to give the NEET exam after passing all the subjects. It does not matter as to which you gave re exam of your `12th board or not. If you score more than 50% of the aggregate marks in 12th board, then you will be perfectly eligible for the NEET exam. Don't worry about that.
