You class 12th marks will definitely affect your career because some companies do place a bar on class 12th percentage and it will also lead to bad impression on the recruiters. There are some companies which doesn't ask for class 12 marks,  you may get a job in any such company

As you have 52 % in the 12th standard that's fine . It not gonna be much effect your career if you are filled with much dedication and talented at your desired professional.

obviously your 12th marks percentage plays a huge role everywhere you go but for job and package if you have good marks in btech software engg by the end of your college, it shouldnt be a problem. you can use the 12th marks in your favour saying how it encouraged you to work harder and so you studied harder and got what you wanted in college. also i would suggest you to do a few internships and extra curricular activities along with some online courses which are related to your field of concern to help you stand out and give you an upper hand in jobs and placement package.

Yes you will get a good job but mass recruiter like TCS ,Infosys ,Wipro may not select you but the other new companies will definitely give you a chance as your graduation grades are more important and your knowledge is required to crack a interview because marks are just eligibility criteria for sitting in interviews
You can work with many developing startups as there working one year is like working 3 years in a good company and you will learn everything in each aspect of life apart from your work also
