I'm very sorry to let you know that with general rank of 1426 and female rank of 717 in BHU PET, you will not be able to get admission into the university for pursuing M.Ed. The cut off rank generally for the the M.Ed course is very low from your rank. Unless there's some drastic change this year in the cut offs, it's not possible.
