Hi, is it possible that NTA/JEE display incorrect responses to my questions on NTA site under my id? has someone else reported this issue?

NTA :- National Testing Agency is agency that conducts jee mains, jee advanced and many prominent entrance exams in India
It is approved by Union Council of Ministers
It is chaired by pioneers of education and astute educationists
It was commisioned to make one of the prestigous examinations all over the world flawless,unblemished and immaculate
Every minute detail is taken special care of so the probability for such a blunder is very very low
I have never heard about it
