Hi, My brother JEE mains general rank is 342723 & OBC rank is 116423. Suggest me good government or private college based on his JEE rank.

I am sorry to inform you that it is not possible tho get any government college with this rank. The rank is too high to get admission in any government college. There are many good private engineering colleges,you can try there.
