As per the NTA guidelines and notification, you are eligible for JEE Advanced.
Cutoff percentile has been released online by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The exam conducting authority announced JEE Main 2019 results for the April session on April 29.
For OBC NCL category, the cutoff percentile is 74.3166557
Minimum marks are 45 and maximum is 73. The total number of OBC NCL candidates qualified is 65313
