For admisison in government medical colleges in Tamil nadu in the previous year under the All India quota for the OBC category a rank around the range of
8000 and a score around 540 was required atleast. So if you're seeking admission under the All India quota then your chances for admission are not much.
But if you're seeking admission in Tanil Nadu under the State quota under the BC category then you seem to have fair chances. Because in the previous year for admission under the State quota the minimum rank required was around the range 2370 (state rank) and a score of 357.
Hence you seem to have fair chances under the State quota but under the All India quota you do not.
