You have scored good in neet 2019. But you needed to have somewhat more marks to secure a government mbbs seat. 

You can get bds with state quota as you have category rank good. You have not mentioned state. But some states are there whose last year opening marks were 300+ for bds. 

Apply for state quota counselling. Hope for the best.
