Well if you are looking  for MAMC then yes you can get  admission in it.
As you are belonging from general category  yes of course  this year cutoff goes higher.
So please  mention your domicile state.
But still as per the last year  your marks ie. 680 is very 
Fine   enough.
May be this year cutoff goes varies depending upon the competition.
But you will surely  get the chance.
Just participate in NEET ug counseling session as per the dates and schedule .

Dear Raj, 680 is a terrific score. In 2018, under All India Quota, 662 marks secured a seat in MAMC, Delhi with an AIR of 62. That was the cut off. It is a close call for you. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
