To get seat in a college in Telangana,there are several entrance exams need to be cleared in merit.One among those exams is TS EAMCET which is conducted once a year to join various Institutes of Telangana either in Engineering or Medical courses provided. To get a seat, the rank is very important which is obtained only if we qualify the examination. So, if you have your TS Eamcet rank then you can attend the counseling irrespective of all other counseling but if you don't have a rank in TS EAMCET then you cannot attend the counseling with the other exams' rank.
