see it depends on which of the institute or course you would apply for . if cucet score is enough for admission in masters courses for that particular Institute than you dont need gate score. generally gate score is widely accepted for admission to master of technology courses in nits, iits and government and private colleges. however if you have any more query you may ask in comment section.
