Hello Student

No MBA is not compulsory after the completion of Bcom graduation. The financial diploma or certificate course is very much fit for bcom Hons or BCom students after completion his course of Graduation. In job opportunity certificate and diploma is not so paying. You have to do MBA finance which is a two years course from any renowned institution to get a hopeful and  future prospect bright course to do it meaningful for future life.

Hope this helps.
