Being a pwd candidate might benefit you in getting a seat at your preferred college. Nothing sure about the branch in your preferred college but you might get cse here as well as in other colleges as well.You can get that in the first rounds of counselling or you have to wait for some rounds but you can definitely get a seat. The cut offs for pwd candidate is around 0-1 percentile so you are also eligible for jee advance exam. You might also get into IITS as well.
