Hi  , 

AEEE or amrita entrance doesn't follow its admission pattern in previous years. Since you belong to an open category and you have a rank below 5000 , you might not have a chance of getting cs branch . There are others in the same open category who got a rank of 2100 and yet didnt get CS at Coimbatore or Bangalore campuses . You might get an admission at the Amritapuri campus maybe. 

Check out this site for information regarding cutoffs as you can't infer much from the previous precedents.
