Hi Vishal,
You have good rank in ST category in JEE mains 2018. You can go for any NIT based on your rank. If you want admission only apply in your home state quota first.
May be you don't her your preferred branch because of less number of reserved seats for ST category students.
Pro Tip : Apply for Home state NIT first through Home state quota. Fill your counselling details very carefully
