Hii..

As you mention your Gate rank as 414 and marks as 45.6 7.... yes with your marks and rank you are able to get Anna University through Gate.....

commonly Anna University take student for m.tech course on the basis of tancet exam but some of the seats also filled with GATE score .. candidate have to score around 40-50..marks to get admission in Anna University if you are native student and student have to above score marks above 50 for outsider...
