First of all, with knowledge about all these subjects you can pursue history honours, English honours, geography honours. Basically you can pursue honours in all the subjects you have studied in 12th grade. You can pursue law and prepare for UPSC too from the beginning both are really good career fields.

You have wide range of options. You can pursue honours in a particular arts subject you are interested in like English literature, Psychology, Politics, Economics etc. Otherwise you can go for law, journalism fields too. Seek your interest and then decide the career you want to go forward with.
