Hello Syed Hassan!

Yes with that rank it is possible to get Maharaja Surajmal College as the cutoff for that falls much below than your secured rank. If you are from Delhi State then you may also try for Ambedkar Institute of Technology. It is slightly tough to get admission but it may be possible.
