Hii, I had 308 rank in ojee 2019 in the form b pharma. But it's counselling is not opened yet. Can I admit to any govt college or not?

Hello aspirant!!
Counselling for all the colleges will begin at a time irrespective of the private or government. So once the counselling process starts you can apply for either private colleges or government colleges. But before counselling you cannot get seat in government colleges.
