Yes you can appeared for the examination without any problem. In Online Exam Proctoring or Online Video Test Proctoring, a candidate is monitored online during the test duration typically with the help of a webcam, mic and access to the screen of the candidate.

There will be login Id and password given on the admit card. You can login through these credentials and appeared for the examination.
