According to the rank and category you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs/IIITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you can try for some state government colleges and private colleges. If you are qualified for JEE-Advance then you should go for it and try to clear it with good rank which can take you to good IITs

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
