Yes, definitely those who have not been alloted any seat in the first two rounds of KCET counseling 2019 can also apply for second extended round. In this round the seat that have been surrendered or are vacant, are alloted to the students on the basis of their merit. Option Entry is available till 2nd of August only so hurry up !
