Dear Aspirant,
As you have received 63 percentile in JEE Mains you have not cleared the required cutoff hence you cannot apply for JOSSA counselling and at this score you will be able to get a descent Engineering college like LPU, Maharishi Markandeshwara University,GLA University,Navrachana University,ITM,etc.Best of luck.
