These two section will mention in your rank card.OBC FEMALE means your rank in OBC category among all appeared girls in examination.And OBC rank is your rank among all candidates belonging to that category .

So ... during counselling ..which rank would be considered?i have 197 obc ranking and 105 obc female ranking .. which one would be considered?
