Hello Md Irshad,

Yes, of course, if you have passed in higher secondary education you can do any graduation course whether you have any percentage.But it's depend upon different colleges.Because all colleges not allowed everyone to take admission in their college. The cutoff varies from college to college.You can apply for the college which will give admission on your percentage.
