Hindu college Delhi takes admissions on the basis of merit/entrance exam criteria for B. Com honours. There is no such minimum percentage for boards. Candidate must have qualified from equivalent board /HSE board .

Although, you haven't mention your category in case you belong to UR, then getting above 95-96% is mandatory.
