Hello there, aspirant
When it comes to Physics in NEET, there are relatively few questions that are theory-based (only 5 percent to 10%), while the rest are largely formula and concept-based. There are a few chapters, such as Semiconductors, Ray Optics, Thermal Properties of Matter, Atoms and Nuclei, and Dual Radiation of Matter, that include a lot of theory you can focus on.
In Chemistry, the following chapters are theory based-
ENVIRONMENTAL CHEMISTRY
THERMODYNAMICS (50-50 theory and formula-based questions asked)
EQUILIBRIUM (50-50 theory and formula based questions asked)
POLYMERS
P BLOCK ELEMENTS
D BLOCK ELEMENTS
COORDINATION COMPOUNDS
CLASSIFICATION OF ELEMENTS
SURFACE CHEMISTRY
S BLOCK ELEMENTS
