Since this is the first time as NEET exam is the only single common entrance test for admission into all the medical courses. Predicting cutoffs isn't that easy. AIIMS Delhi is to be get admissions from the NEET marks from this year only so we do not have the data about the required marks and required rank, however, given the reputation of the AIIMS Delhi it can be assumed that it is the first choice for the NEET candidates so you must try to get past the score of 670-680.

It is extremely difficult to predict marks required by you to get a seat in AIIMS Delhi
This is because,
it is the first time ever when AIIMS Delhi and other AIIMS are conducting admission through neet examination  .
Also , cut off marks will depend upon various factors like kind of marks obtained by students in the examination , toughness level of the neet examination etc, also neet 2020 is yet to be conducted so it become even more difficult to predict for neet 2021 for a seat in AIIMS Delhi
Also,
seats are very limited in AIIMS Delhi .
keeping these things in mind you should target around 680 marks at least in your neet examination if you want to get a seat in Aiims Delhi if you belong to general category
