hlo ma'am and sir I scored 10634 rank in bcom hons ipu cet and I am from outside delhi.. so can I got college in ipu in 2nd shift

Hello,
As per the previous year data ,your chances of getting a college in  ipu are moderate in the first round of councelling.since you are from outside delhi ,so you are not eligible for delhi quota .
Ipu conducts multiple round of councelling,you might get a chance in the subsequent rounds of councelling.
