Considering that you are a general category  candidate, I would say that anywhere around 110-120 marks should do good for you to secure a good rank. This is also keeping in mind that you want the following streams:-

1. Ece, its always high in demand.

2. Computer science.

3. Mechanical.

4. Electrical and electronics engineering (EEE)
