You have scored good in neet 2019 and with this marks you have chances of getting veternary college. You have not mentioned your category But generally the opening for veternary seat for general category stay 450+,  400+ for obc and 350+ for St/sc category.

So you should try for the counselling.

AIPVT counselling 2019 is expected to be organised in second week of August for 15% All India Quota seats based on marks obtained in NEET 2019. You have not mentioned your category, so I am providing you with cutoffs of different categories in 2018 AIPVT counselling which are as follows-

UR/OBC - 471 marks

SC - 366 marks

ST - 364 marks

So if you belong to SC/ST category, you can easily get admission in government BVSc colleges under 15% All india Quota but if you are an UR/OBC candidate, it is going to be next to impossible for you to secure a seat.
