Phase 2 Round 5 formalities will take place from June 21 to 23, 2025 and are currently ongoing.

The technical process for Round 5 will be conducted on June 24, 2025.

Phase 2 Round 6 formalities will be held on June 25 and 26, 2025.

The technical process for Round 6 is scheduled for June 27, 2025.

What this means: If you have already applied and are participating in the Phase 2 admissions, you should:

1. Attend the formal admission procedures such as document verification and fee payment during the scheduled rounds.

2. Complete the technical or online processes on the specified dates following each round.

If you have not applied yet, the official portal shows that admissions are still open. You should apply as soon as possible through HNGU before the next phase closes. The deadline for general admissions is typically around late June, with June 30 commonly referred to for undergraduate and postgraduate course deadlines.
