this is going to be a great idea if and only if you have interest in studying psychology and have done that before.

pls remember that scope of psychology is not much in india so if you wish to study psychology then make sure you are crazy about it.

You have a. Good idea..because switching from engineering to psychology looks interesting. And in engineering there is a lots of competition you can do better in psychology field..it depends upon your interests.
