Then you need to find the skilled labour to work on the products and the clients with whom you can work. MBA helps you in commercializing your business, financing your ventures and developing commercial business organisations. One cannot become an Entrepreneur without knowing the nuances of Management, Business and Operations. Running a business has its own prccess flow. You cannot run the show alone. You will need clients, employees, and a business model to run a particular product. This all needs immense Managerial knowledge and experience. This is where MBA fits in.
