The 85% state quota reserves 85% of the seats available in particular medical college for students who have domicile of that state.
To apply for 85% state quota of Delhi, you need to be an domicile of Delhi which should be mentioned in your NEET application form.
After the NEET results, you will get a choice during your counselling whether you want to opt to get a college according to your state rank or AIR. However, you need to register yourself separately for 15% All India quota seats and 85% state quota seats to get a desired college. In 85% state quota registeration, you will get a college in your state or Delhi( if domicile of Delhi) by your state rank during counseling.
