Hello,

To become a police officer you need to write and clear the Civil Service (CSE)exam conducted by the Union Public Services Commission (UPSC)  with high marks. This exam is conducted for the recruitment of various services like IAS, IPS , IFS, IRSetc.

Candidates should have age group from 21-32 and you need to be graduate to appear in the CSE exam for any degree.There are restrictions on taking number of exams can be taken .for example ,  General category is 6 attempts till age of 32  years of age , for OBC is 9 attempts till age of 35  years and for ST/SC unlimited till age 37 years
