job searching and getting a job is not easy. if your colleges has no good placement opportunity it will difficult for a candidate to make his or her career. see in india there is a huge job crisis right now and getting a job according to your education is also difficult.  I dont know which back ground you are from, but I can tell that now a days a good communication skill in english, writing ability and your appearance make a big impact on any recruiters. also you need to make a good resume and highlighted your skils. in all office work you need to certainly have computer proficiency in ms office and ms excel.
