Hi,

In order to get admission in pantnagar university in UG for veterinary(BVSc) you need to qualify NEET exam. Since you are a resident of Delhi- NCR you can apply for seats that come under all India quota. So you need to register in all India counselling conducted by VCI and apply for it.
