I didn't submitted income certificate in TS EAMCET counselling . After seat allotment in specific college we can get fee reimbursement or not. can I submit that income certificate after allotment of seat in that college

the fee-reimbursement will be automatically given to you in the 1st year of b.tech or any other course
while at the certificate verification you have to submit your income certificate and caste reservation certificate
so you can then able to get your fee-reimbursement
and the fee-reimbursement amout will be directly goes to the college
