How can I get government college for mechanical engineering if I didn't managed to qualify JEE

Hello Mayank!
You can only wait till the counselling process is over and if there are vacant seats left. If there is vacancy then special round may be conducted like last year by CSAB. There you may get a seat as the cutoff drastically varies there and even those students can participate who haven't cleared mains but scored some number. So, wait till the end.
