the main criteria for writing any government exam is having a bachelor's degree. doesnt matter which field. so if your plan is to write govt exams anyways, then why do you wanna do NEET? you can very well do it, but i dont see the point. never the less, if you want to write govt exams you can do so only after you complete your UG
