Dear candidate

Generally after filling the application you will get a mail so, with that you can regenerate your password with the application number or something there will be a procedure for each type application which means which or what application password did you loose as you did not mention anything about what college application or what entrance exam application or anything about so, if you can mention your question completely about it then only I can help you with the Information you need.

As you have not mentioned the name of application for which you are applying, so the answer provided is on general basis.

Where you add your credentials/log in details, there might be an option for forgot password, you can click there, then the link to change the password would be sent to your mail or text box.
