You cannot take part in MHTCET counselling through MHTCET exam scores only. You might want to check out if the colleges that you want to apply to take Jee Scores or not. That way you can find out the jee quota in colleges. for more info, click this link

You cannot join these colleges through MHTCET counselling if you have not given MHTCET. You have to go through JOSAA counselling to see what your options are.
