How do I get to know if have got bonus marks in jee mains 2020 MY paper was Jan 9 second shift

Bonus marks are provided only if there was some errors in the questions/options provided in JEE Mains/Advance paper.

If in your case there were some faulty questions, then automatically you would be awarded the bonus marks in your subject and accordingly your percentile will possibly increase. As NTA doesn't officially releases the marks scored by the candidates so the increase in marks will reflect in your percentile and so in the rank after normalization.

For clarity, you can refer to NTA's or Coaching Center's answer keys, where in you can get the record of Bonus Marks.
