How do I stick the postcard size photo on my NEET application form? They have told to paste the postcard size (4"×6") which is enough bigger than the space provided in actual admit card.

Don't worry, you have to just stick it, if needed you can occupy some space outside the box as well, there would be no any issue.
Also for your reference, you have to carry only following items to NEET 2021 examination center :-
*** NEET admit card
*** Passport size photograph
*** Postcard size photograph
*** Valid ID proof - PAN card, Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, Ration card
*** Mask on face
*** Gloves on hand
*** Personal transparent water bottle
*** Personal small hand sanitizer (50 ml)
